They find really unique ways to do it lmao. LIke there's no mouth to mouth resuscitation scene, but instead, during the whole "hero gets poisoned and has to find a reclusive super doctor and the heroine prepares to sacrifice her life to save him" arc, the girl Jinxia ends up having to give medicine to Lu Yi with her mouth. I didn't actually think they'd do it after Lu Yi's uncle suggested it.
BUT not only did they do it, but he BITES her lip lmao.
Then, later, Lu Yi inhales some psycho powder and reverts to a kid in his mind. At some point during this bit, he starts seeing Jinxia as his older sister, and naturally, one night during a thunderstorm, he comes in and wants to sleep with her bc he's scared. Nothing happens EXCEPT that Jinxia, who already totally has the hots for him, starts fantasizing about him as she's looking at him. She even tells him she wants to eat him.
