What are you currently watching/reading/listening to?
- Right now my main squeeze dramas are Tale of Twin Cities, Psych Hunter, and Junichi. I'm not actively watching Reset yet even though it's in my currently watching section on MDL. Not reading anything new from before. Listening, I'm currently trying to get through the disco of Gecko&Tokage Parade, which is a Japanese piano jazz band fronted by Wataru Sato, who is a pianist i discovered a month or so ago. Really like it. It's like a chill Fox Capture Plan.
What did you recently finish?
- In terms of dramas, I recently finished Under The Power and Five to Nine. Despite the very annoying and honestly fairly unnecessary last ten eps of UTP, I really enjoyed it as a whole. Only one significant good character die, but he was also my favorite side character,w hich highkey pissed me off. SIIIIIGH it was honestly a bit like ROP to me, great journey getting to the end, but the end wasn't very satisfying and the 10 eps of the final arc or whatever were just aimed at squeezing out the last bit of drama. Fffff anyway...Five To Nine was more mediocre. It was really funny at times, and Yams was hot, as was the FL tbh, but it also had a LOT of annoying aspects to it. And the ending was totally contrived. Have not finished any books meanwhile. Music, i went through a bunch of new releases yesterday:
- Nothing planned on the reading front. Some new releases came out today that i'm pretty interested in, mainly the new Koda Kumi album and the new OMI album. In terms of watching...I'm still tryna get myself into a movie mood bc i have a growing list of movies I want to watch, but esp Door Into Summer, Over Again, and Animal World. I'll probably start Reset again during the ToTC break btw new episodes. I wanted to restart Sparrow, but it's no longer available anywhere. Still tryna make myself start the next Lost Tomb series but I'm still butthurt about the character changes lol.
